Pizzeria Restaurant Manager
Join an established, fast-paced pizza restaurant that’s passionate about delivering exceptional food and customer service.
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to help us elevate the guest experience and ensure our operations run smoothly.
Compensation: $65,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service and hospitality
Support and assist Front of House and counter staff to ensure efficiency
Train, motivate, and develop staff to maintain excellent performance
Uphold restaurant quality, cleanliness, and health standards
Pizza-making experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
Proven experience in restaurant management
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A passion for hospitality and customer service
Leadership skills and experience managing staff
Availability to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays
This position reports directly to the General Manager and offers competitive compensation based on relevant experience.
