Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an assistant to join our team as we take on more clients. We are looking for an organized and motivated self-starter, who is detail oriented, and interested in growing their administrative and bookkeepping skills.
Job duties include: Setting up and maintaining client files, filing digital documents, data entry, reconciling bank statements, sending documents for signature, and other administrative tasks.
Required skills:
Courteous and professional customer service.
Understanding of spelling and grammar.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, Google documents, QuickBooks, Zoom, Photoshop, and Canva.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational skills.
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, document scanner.

This position starts at 4-8 hours a week.
This position pays $18 per hour.
