Overview
This is an hourly, non-exempt temporary position with a pay rate of $30.00 hour, and a duration of up to 8 weeks. Weekly hours are flexible, but we need someone here between 24-29 hours each week of the assignment, with working hours scheduled between 7am-4pm Monday-Friday. Taking time off for the upcoming holidays is not a problem and we will work around your holiday plans.
The Temporary Admin Assistant will work with and receive direction from members of our HR, Marketing, and Admin teams. This assignment is based out of our Redmond, WA headquarters and is a fully in-office role. Parking is free and available in our lot or on surrounding streets.
Responsibilities
Assist with a variety of tasks and projects, including:
Digital Filing and Data Entry project, which entails retrieving PDF’s and saving individual files into employee records and other locations
Assist with a variety of special projects, such as Holiday Card Mailings and Gift Preparation (wrapping, organization, and logistics)
Help with special events, including set-up, prep work, tear down, and clean up.
Qualifications
Must be proficient with the Office 365 suite of software
Must have attention to detail
Must be willing to ask questions, seek instructions, and ensure work is progressing accurately
Must have a “no task too big or small” attitude (it’s a busy time of year here and we will tap this person for a variety of tasks)

Ability to lift up to 25lb
Ability to see, hear well (either naturally or with correction) and speak clearly
Coordinate the movement of your eyes, hands, and fingers
Physical requirements include sitting, standing and bending, repetitive motions of hands and wrists
Reach for, handle, use fingers and manipulate objects
