Full-time Pastry chef / Baker
Berolina bakery is hiring!
We’re looking for a full-time pastry chef/baker with at least 2 years of experience in a professional bakery to join our team.
We seek applicants who are responsible, punctual, reliable, and efficient. They must also be able to follow recipes, create new cakes and baked goods, and maintain good health and safety practices.
Our Bakery is located in the Northern Glendale / Montrose area. Berolina Bakery has been around for over 34 years. We are a full-line artisan bakery that bakes artisan breads, cakes, and pastries, Viennoiserie, and a light breakfast and lunch menu.
Requirements

Assisting in the daily production of our baking & pastry department
Be hardworking, responsible, reliable, and creative.
Cleanliness, organization, and knowledge of kitchen procedures are essential.
Have strong communication and good basic math skills
Team-oriented and possess a positive attitude and sense of humor
Must be able to follow recipes and create new products.
Help out in other baking departments when needed.
Must be available to work 5 days a week. Included Saturdays and holidays
Day shift
A California food handling certificate is required.
