Maintains filing systems.

Retrieves information from files, email, and other related documents as requested by team members.

Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and requests for help.

Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments for the Firm

Contacts clients to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary.

Database management including adding new clients to the system, recording address changes and purging inactive records.

Performs other related duties, as assigned.
