ADMINISTRATIVE Assistant

We are a small, long established financial services company located in San Bruno seeking a dedicated professional to join our 40 plus year old firm. The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations though General Office procedures. The ideal applicant is reliable, professional in demeanor, has strong verbal communication skills & work ethic, and the ability to be flexible within a fast paced environment with an excellent attention to detail.
This is a Full Time position Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 37 ½ hours per week.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer Phones
Maintain Files (File Hardcopies, Print electronic copies)
Mail Incoming and Outgoing
Assembly of Reports
Emails Print, Scan and Send
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident, courteous phone presence
Ability to work independently and establish priorities, self-sufficient, and take initiative
Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and respond quickly
Flexible, adaptive to change
Comfort with being a team player, and doing whatever is needed, big or small
Excellent follow-through and communications regarding status of open jobs
Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
