Executive Assistant to CEO
The award-winning Relocation Management and Home Organizing company, CHANGING PLACES, seeks detail-oriented person to fill the role of Executive Assistant for the owner and CEO. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of responsibilities that focus on both personal and business needs supporting the executive’s projects. This is a part-time position working in the CEO’s home office 20-25 hours a week. Industry knowledge a plus with experience working in The Bay Area.
Marin County resident desired.

Our team includes interior designers, architects, stagers, and professional organizers who provide high touch relocation, design and organizing services.
Responsibilities for CEO:
Support new business outreach efforts on all projects.
Initiate sales calls & emails to potential new clients – realtors, designers, stagers, movers, etc.
Coordination of meeting logistics including travel arrangements.
Transcribe notes from dictation from networking events, presentations, meetings.
Maintain & update business contacts in CRM database.
Keep organized and help with daily workflow.
Handle incoming & outgoing correspondence, emails, phone calls.
Maintain personal and professional records, documents, and files.
Computer and Technology savvy.
Skills Required:
Knowledgeable with Mac products (iMac, iPhone, iPad, iPhotos) and ideally uses an iPhone.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to take dictation and package information into a coherent, concise message.
Excellent command of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac Mail
Web research (Google + specific research tasks)
Experience with ZOHO CRM database (data entry) and able to pull reports
Organized, Professional, Compassionate, Patient, Smart and Quick.
Capable of making and reaching sales goals.
Additionally:
Fluent in English, I-9 Eligible (US Citizen or valid Green Card to work in US)
